One ‘Ring’ to rule them all…

We wish we could give you the name of just one system that you could implement to grow your business, however in the case of Real Estate that just isn’t so…

There is no ‘one size fits all’ or ‘one app to rule them all’ scenario, and it’s more of a smash of several systems to make things work and to get them to ‘play nice’ between themselves so that data is shared across several platforms…

This was one of the biggest hurdles to get my head wrapped around when I got into Real Estate and it is a struggle for all Real Estate agents.  Our experience in this sector that has helped to shape the Customer-centric culture that we have today and makes a great transactional experience. Why else would we have all 5 star reviews on Google…

Sure, there are systems out there that say they will do it all…  There are also Real Estate Firms out there that say the same thing…

But guess what… No there isn’t and no they don’t… No matter what you pay to get that ‘all in one’ platform it just doesn’t exist… There are websites and platforms out there (like Kunversion, Commissions, Inc, or Boomtown) that tout themselves as an ‘All in One – We do everything’ type of platform and they still fall short… Very short… Sites like Zillow try to get the Buyer eyes but they can’t do hyperlocal like we can…

Don’t get caught up in the hype and suckered for that ‘All in One’ solution that costs you hundreds (if not thousands – yeah, I said it…) of dollars. It’s like hiring that handyman to do all of those miscellaneous jobs around your house.  Can he patch a roof? Sure.  Can he fix a broken pipe? Sure.  Does he know the building codes associated with your electrical system AND the plumbing system? Undoubtedly not…  There is no silver bullet that does all things for all people… so with that being said you need to figure out exactly what you are trying to do, ask for referrals from other agents in the industry, and see how to implement these systems into your day to day business to get the results you want to have.

In our business we use a combination of several systems. There are pros and cons as to the functionality and learning curve of each system, but when properly learned and implemented these systems can set you apart from the average agent and grow your business to the next level… It can also deliver an unbeatable client experience that far exceeds the regular agent transaction…
